PP Filler Masterbatch – EFPP 101CIG
PP Filler Masterbatch – EFPP 101CIG is a filler masterbatch containing 84% calcium carbonate (CaCO3), PP resin and additives, primarily designed to significantly reduce production costs by replacing a large amount of virgin polypropylene resin while maintaining essential performance characteristics.
Primary Cost Reduction Benefits
- Direct Material Savings: Substantially lowers raw material expenses in polypropylene processing
- Energy Efficiency: CaCO3’s excellent thermal conductivity reduces energy consumption during production
- Faster Cycle Times: High MFR (15±8 g/10mins) accelerates production, increasing throughput and reducing labor costs
Optimized for PP Raffia and High-Speed Applications
The elevated flow properties make EFPP 101CIG ideal for PP raffia production, injection molding, and high-speed extrusion processes. The precisely controlled particle size (15±1 µm) ensures outstanding dispersion throughout the polypropylene matrix.
Technical Advantages
- Enhanced Surface Quality: Delivers exceptional whiteness and gloss to finished products
- Dimensional Stability: Reduces shrinkage in polypropylene products
- Balanced Mechanical Properties: Maintains critical performance characteristics despite cost reduction
